{embracing} My Walter

 Today I {embrace} my Walter. Walter is my mom's high school sweet heart. 

He took her to her prom when she was 17. Then life happened and they broke up. My mom married my dad, had four kids, and more life happened, as it does. 30 years after prom my Mom met back up with her Walter. 

 and 14 years ago they got married 

(That is me on the far left, I was 16, almost 17.)

 He is one of the best things that has happened to this family. 

 and I love him.
